A review of challenges embraced by the Fresno Regional Jobs Initiative reveals that a school of pharmacy is just what the doctor ordered to achieve many very important goals and initiatives. The region is underserved in a number of measures, not the least of which is healthcare. Healthcare jobs are among those acknowledged as appropriate and essential for Fresno and the Central Valley.
